As the Owner and Principal Analyst of Public Safety Analytical Intelligence Consulting (PSAIC), Angelique brings a wealth of expertise to any project.
Angelique is a current practitioner with nearly twenty years in the public sector, including as Director of Crime, Traffic, and Intelligence Analysis with Fairfax County, Virginia. She is a Subject Matter Expert and consultant with the Bureau of Justice Assistance National Training and Technical Assistance Center and with the International Association of Chiefs of Police Collaborative Reform Initiative Technical Assistance Center.

Paul Pickett, jr
Consultant
Paul is a public safety and criminal justice professional providing consulting and training services through his work with Public Safety Analytical Intelligence Consulting.
A native of Washington, DC, Paul enlisted in the United States Army straight out of high school. Following his military service Paul began a rewarding and varied career in law enforcement with the Fairfax County (VA) Police Department, from which he retired after nearly 25 years of police service. As an officer with the FCPD Paul worked and excelled in positions of proactive patrol, with the Organized Crime and Narcotics, on the Neighborhood Patrol Bike Team, as a School Resource Officer, and as Special Enforcement Team Community Liaison Officer.
Since his retirement from law enforcement Paul has continued to serve in a public capacity through added roles with pretrial release services, code enforcement, and consulting. Paul specializes in tactical and strategic operations, interviewing and investigations, community engagement and relationship building, leadership, search and seizure, and school policing.
